American tattooist, model and make-up entrepreneur Kat Von D’s new line of beauty products were to be launched with an in-store appearance at Debenhams’ store on Regent’s Street, London.

By utilising radio and TV contacts, as well as introducing pioneering new live-stream technology, 4mediarelations created a very successful campaign around the launch.

The Campaign

One of the most important factors of the LVMH campaign was the introduction of 4mediarelations’ brand-new live-streaming technology that affords the ability to stream HD, broadcast quality video direct to Facebook.

While also garnering a number of high-profile TV and radio appearances, 4mediarelations produced a 15 minute live-stream Q&A between Kat Von D and beauty blogger Lou Teesdale.

The pair answered questions about Kat’s new beauty line to over 375,000 live viewers, with a reach of over 2 million.

The broadcast received over 16,000 ‘reactions’ as well as 378 live-shares.
