From Wednesday, the entire team at 4media Group started working from home. The health and safety of our employees and their families is our biggest priority, so we’ve organised ourselves in a way to maintain ‘business as usual’ as much as is reasonably possible. Our surveys continue to be launched into field. Our broadcast days are being delivered via ISDN and video link without the need for face to face contact. Live streams are being organised on a regular basis. Content production continues, while navigating some of the logistical challenges. We’re using smart-working tools to keep our people connected; problem-solving and continuing to create great work for our clients, together.

Of course, our hearts go out to anyone who has been impacted by Covid-19, directly or indirectly, and wish a speedy recovery to anyone who is suffering from the virus. We understand that people are worried and anxious right now. And that means that the news and content that people need to hear right now is focused on the topic of Covid-19. But from our daily conversations with our extensive contacts in national and regional media, we know there is also an appetite, and maybe even a responsibility, to deliver timely and relevant content outside of Coronavirus and bring some light relief.

There’s a huge opportunity for brands and businesses to give advice, offer acts of kindness, tools and solutions to better serve humankind and help empower people to navigate our more restricted way of life. Of course, we need to think smartly and sensitively about how brand messages are delivered. Our team of experts are on hand to answer any questions that you may have and are happy to provide honest advice on whether your story is relevant and appropriate.

Stay safe, stay well. And feel free to reach out if we can help you in any way.
